MacArthur President Robert Gallucci joined MasterCard Foundation President Reeta Roy at the Global Philanthropy Forum for a discussion about the foundations' philanthropic partnership to improve secondary education in developing countries (video below). In conjunction with the Forum, MacArthur and its partners announced a funding commitment of nearly $28 million to spur innovation and fresh thinking in the field.
