Trans and reproductive justice movements are intertwined, with common interests and a history of common opponents. TransLash’s animated film “The Road from Roe” explores these histories across five decades. It is part of the Trans Bodies, Trans Choices series that shares video, writing, art, and voices of trans people on the personal stakes of bodily autonomy. Grantee TransLash’s series amplifies trans voices on the issues to help end trans erasure in the conversation.
