A panel on “Green Capital: Sustained Finance for Sustainable Growth” at the 2019 Raisina Conference in New Delhi, hosted by MacArthur grantee Observer Research Foundation, discussed the ways policy solutions and financial instruments can support progress toward the UN Sustainable Development Goals, and especially focused on how emerging economies can leverage instruments to create sustainable economic development.
