The MacArthur-supported New York Community Trust announced nearly $1 million in grants to 12 nonprofits that participate in the Hive NYC Learning Network, a coalition of museums, libraries, after-school clubs, and informal learning spaces that create Connected Learning opportunities for youth. The fund has awarded $3.7 million in grants since it was started in 2011.
