ExpandNet, a global network of public health professionals and scientists and a MacArthur grantee, has launched a website featuring tools, publications, and a bibliography of literature for scaling up projects. Management Systems International (MSI) which focuses on scaling up solutions to address social problems in the developing world, has created a Scaling-Up Management Framework and the Scaling Up Toolkit, which includes a 28 item Scalability Assessment Checklist.
