To mark reaching one million hits to its Freedom of Information web platform, the Nigeria-based Right to Information Initiative (R2K) launched a tracker to allow users to monitor developing FOI cases and provide prompt access to judgments, rulings, and decisions on access to information cases in Nigeria. The MacArthur-supported R2K has been instrumental in the advocacy for the adoption of Nigeria’s FOI Act and helped to bring about the passage of the Act in 2011.
