Sixth graders from across Chicago have teamed together to create and produce the second issue of the Digital Youth Network interactive online magazine. The theme of this issue is choices; the students celebrate different ways they can use knowledge and information. Through essays, podcasts, music, creative writing, and videos the student contributors show the possibilities of exploring and presenting topics ranging from gang violence, animal abuse, and obesity to how-to’s on making guacamole or catching a football.
