Five foundations will jointly address the challenges and opportunities of the digital age, including committing to help keep the Internet open, secure, accessible and affordable to all. MacArthur and its NetGain partners – the Ford, Knight, Mozilla, and Open Society Foundations – will together seek to strengthen digital society, guided by a set of shared principles on the role of the Internet and technology in advancing the public interest.
