Finance Justice Fund has deployed over $100 million in loans and grants to community development financial institutions (CDFIs), many of which support low-income communities and communities of color. The most recent group of recipients will use the capital to support small business owners, housing, and economic development. Finance Justice Fund, which MacArthur supports through the Opportunity Finance Network, aims to leverage more than $1 billion in long term, flexible capital to CDFIs to address disinvestment and racial wealth gaps.
