Climate Jobs Institute aims to build up high-quality union jobs for a diverse and inclusive clean energy economy. Grantee Climate Jobs National Resource Center launched the institute in New York City with Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations. The mission is to address climate change and confront its inequitable impacts, as we work toward a clean energy economy. The institute will focus on equipping people who have already been impacted by the climate crisis for future careers through research, developing partnerships, and creating training and education programs.
