Discover Financial will establish a new customer care center at the location that will employ 1,000 people who primarily live within 5 miles of the site. MacArthur invested in DL3 Realty through the fund established to support Benefit Chicago, our collaboration with the Chicago Community Trust and Calvert Impact Capital, to target improved retail and commercial development in South Side neighborhoods.
