19 groups in Chicago were chosen to participate in New Pathways, a MacArthur-supported program run by EmcArts, which aims to help organizations adapt to an ever-changing arts landscape. New Pathways revolves around a series of hands-on workshops that promote innovation and adaptive change, grounded in the real issues of the participating organizations. By fostering the design and testing of innovative solutions, New Pathways hopes to enable arts and culture organizations to approach future problems with a creative-thinking approach.
