The Black Tech Agenda is a racial justice framework to make tech safe for Black people. Color of Change’s campaign has six key pillars: Antitrust, Privacy, Algorithmic Accountability, Broadband, Net Neutrality, and Addressing the Disinformation and Misinformation Crisis. The aim is to support Black-owned businesses and more choices and protections for Black workers and consumers. Privacy, discrimination, misinformation, and surveillance are currently the norm, but grantee Color of Change sees possibility for change with this roadmap to transparency and access. The policy solutions can advance racial equity in tech.
