The Catalytic Capital Consortium (C3) Grantmaking program invites grant proposals for projects that break down barriers to the use of catalytic capital. Launched in 2019, C3 is an investment, learning, and market development initiative created and funded by MacArthur, The Rockefeller Foundation, and the Omidyar Network.

The Fostering Solutions and Infrastructure grants will fund actionable tools, projects, and programs that aim to make the deployment of catalytic capital easier, more efficient, and more effective. With these grants, C3 Grantmaking seeks to tap into the experience and creativity of those who are designing innovative solutions and generating practical ideas for impact.

The C3 Grantmaking program, jointly funded by MacArthur, Rockefeller, and Omidyar and housed at and administered by the New Venture Fund, aims to help investors increase their use of catalytic capital and unlock investment to build a more just, equitable, and resilient world.

March 15, 2022 is the deadline for preliminary proposals.
