Women's Consortium of Nigeria (WOCON) is a nonprofit organization, established in 1995, to monitor and promote the implementation of women's and girls' rights policies in all aspects of social, political, and economic development in Nigeria. Using lessons learned and tools tested in their earlier award, WOCON is strengthening the advocacy skills of Community Watch Monitoring Committees to demand accountability in the administration of the Home Grown School Feeding Program in Ogun State. This tie-off award is expected to strengthen community structures and local accountability processes as part of On Nigeria's exit strategy from the education sector accountability work.
Women Consortium of Nigeria (WOCON) is a nonprofit organization, established in 1995, to monitor and promote the implementation of women’s and girls’ rights policies in all aspects of social, political, and economic development in Nigeria.
