Women for Afghan Women (WAW) provides life-saving services to women and children in Afghanistan and in the Afghan Diaspora in New York, who have endured human rights violations including forced marriage, prostitution, rape, domestic violence, and barred access to education and employment. General operating support enables WAW to expand its executive leadership and organizational infrastructure to meet increasing demand for services and augment its emphasis on policy work related to the rights of women.
