The Clinton Global Initiative (CGI) brings global leaders together to create and commit to innovative solutions to the world's most pressing challenges. This grant will provide general support for CGI America, an annual convening focused on addressing economic recovery in the U.S. It will enable Foundation staff and grantees to solicit commitments by employers and institutions of higher learning to recognize and accept digital badges as a valued indicator of a person’s skills and/or competencies. Digital badges are an assessment and credentialing mechanism that is housed and managed online.
