Wadata Communication Nig Ltd

Established in 2006, Wadata Communication is a Nigerian for-profit company with a mission to expand the scope and efficacy of investigative journalism in Nigeria by providing knowledge, skills, and competence to local journalists. Wadata provides communication services including broadcast and social media training, capacity building, investigative journalism, and events management. With this award, Wadata is working with radio stations across Nigeria’s six geo-political zones to support investigative journalism in local languages.  It is coordinating the project implementation with other On Nigeria grantees.
