Territory NFP

Established in 1996, Territory, NFP is a place-based urban design organization where young people build better futures for themselves and their communities by regenerating public spaces through design. Territory employs teens ages 14-21 in out-of-school time urban design projects including creative placemaking, pop-up events, public art, walking tours, and workshops. With this award, Territory engages youth in an urban design process and culminating event related to a new studio space serving youth in the Austin community of Chicago.
