Stichting Cordaid

Stichting Cordaid is a Netherlands-based agency whose mission is to build self-reliant communities within fragile states. Cordaid has worked for 40-years inside the DRC and plans to use grant funds to expand and test their Performance Based Financing (PBF) model at the secondary school level. The ultimate goal of Cordaid’s project is to strengthen the existing secondary educational system in the Shabunda district and to help make schools: more inclusive of girls and marginalized children; financially transparent; and accountable to parents, community, and youth.
