Spargel Productions LLC

The Homestretch (working title) is a documentary film about homeless youth within the Chicago Public Schools system. It is an intimate look into the lives of homeless youth and their day-to-day experiences, and the adults in schools, shelters and service agencies trying to provide some structure and support for these children. The Homestretch is a film by Kirsten Kelly and Anne de Mare, producers/directors at Spargel Productions in New York, with Kartemquin Educational Films as a co-producing partner.
