Project Hope - People to People Health Affairs Foundation, founded in 1958 and based in Millwood, VA, publishes Health Affairs, the leading journal of health policy in the United States. Health Affairs has a mission to serve as a high-level, nonpartisan forum to promote analysis and discussion on improving health and health care, and to address issues such as cost, quality, and access. This grant provides support to its thematic issue and ongoing content focus on disability and health.
