Princeton University, Center for Information Technology Policy

The Center for Information Technology Policy (CITP) is an interdisciplinary center at Princeton University that is at the nexus of expertise in technology, engineering, public policy and the social science. The award will support a report by CITP and related convening seeking to estimate the number of American’s communications that are incidentally collected under Section 702 of the FISA Amendments Act. The report will contain recommended methodologies and preliminary estimates and the authors will provide briefings about their findings to policymakers.
