The Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG) is an independent, non-partisan think tank that is committed to fostering open and ongoing dialogue between the public and private sectors on Nigeria’s economic development. It promotes and champions reforms that will make the Nigerian economy more open, inclusive, sustainable, and competitive. With this award, NESG is advancing the application of behavioral insights to deepen anti-corruption reforms in Nigeria. It is developing new courses and modules for the NESG Academy and creating a community of practice for graduates. It is designing, piloting, and testing behavioral approaches to prevent or reduce corruption. It is also sponsoring fellows who implement behavior change projects across Nigeria. The award is expected to contribute to a cohort of government, academic, and civil society representatives who use behavioral science to prevent and reduce corruption and to enhance other policy initiatives in Nigeria.
