New Museum of Contemporary Art

The New Museum believes that contemporary art is a vital social force that advances questioning, learning, and working towards a better society. Expanding on the New Museum's commitment to new art and new ideas, NEW INC is the Museum's cultural incubator supporting creative practitioners and small businesses working across art, design and technology. The award supports NEW INC's DEMO2023, a three-day festival in New York City with an aim of meeting the increasing needs of the art and technology field by providing a space for convening, celebrating, sharing, and exploring the critical concerns of this growing community. DEMO2023 will feature talks, showcases, and performances at the New Museum and partner locations across lower Manhattan.
