To support the Corporate Executive Fellows Program, a comprehensive effort to recruit and retain minorities in business schools and improve the upward mobility of minority managers in the corporate sector.

To support an executive fellows program and to plan an international fellows program.

To establish the Corporate Executive Fellowship.
