The National Association of Latino Arts & Cultures (NALAC) supports the Latino arts and cultural sector via grants, leadership training, convenings, research, and advocacy. Programs include a Leadership Institute, which equips artists, administrators, and cultural workers with tools to transform their creative practice and contribute to the communities they serve. With this award, NALAC convenes a national Leadership Summit with a Chicago focus called Manos a la Obra (“Let’s Do It!”).
To support "Crossing Borders," the first national conference on issues of concern to Latino artists and communities in the United States.
