The Vaccine Confidence Project (VCP) is a program at London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine that engages in research and analysis of vaccine hesitancy globally and provides guidance for response and engagement with the public to build and sustain confidence in vaccines and immunizations. The funded project documents experiences and emotions around COVID-19 vaccination and the COVID-19 response in Delhi, India and Abuja, Nigeria with particular emphasis on the periphery of these cities. The VCP works with its partners to design trust-building efforts to motivate vaccination by situating vaccination in the context of other community-defined needs towards post-COVID-19 recovery.
