Intuit: The Center for Intuitive and Outsider Art

Established in 1991, Intuit: The Center for Intuitive and Outsider Art champions the diverse voices of self-taught art. These artists typically work outside the mainstream institutions and face societal, economic or geographic barriers to a traditional path of art making.  This professional development grant supports Intuit’s effort to develop a culture of care that ensures the inclusion and well-being of everyone involved in the organization: staff, board members, volunteers, audiences, and artists of all backgrounds.
