iHub is an innovation open space for the technologists, investors, technology companies, and hackers. It is a space for the technology community with a focus on young entrepreneurs, web and mobile phone programmers, designers, and researchers. It has four levels of membership. The proposed grant is meant to (a) automate the Umati process; (b) test online methods to reduce dangerous speech; and (c) scale up to Nigeria for the general election in 2015. Funds will be used for developing the automation of Umati process and software development, payment of staff salaries, publication, and travels.
