Housing Choice Partners is a housing counseling organization serving the six-county metropolitan Chicago area. It will use this grant to support counseling and data collection activities that are essential to implement a MacArthur-funded experimental study of the Chicago Regional Housing Choice Initiative demonstration. Funded by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development, the demonstration is a partnership among eight public housing authorities that is using federal housing choice vouchers to promote moves to opportunity-rich areas for low-income households.
