To develop management procedures for three protected areas in the Brazilian Atlantic Forest (over three years).

To support conservation science programs in Minas Gerais and the northeastern states of Brazil, including improved management of protected areas, baseline research, and a biodiversity conservation data center (over three years).

To support research and conservation projects in the northern section of the Atlantic forest, and to support training in natural resource management at the Federal University of Minas Gerais (over three years).
