Federation of Southern Cooperatives Land Assistance Fund

Established during the civil rights movement, Federation of Southern Cooperatives and Land Assistance Fund (FSC) is a cooperative association of Black farmers and landowners that supports the development of credit unions, cooperatives, and land rights. It builds the capacity of Black farmers, landowners, and member organizations to retain land, create pathways to access financing, and engage in legal advocacy. The award provides general operating support to the Federation of Southern Cooperatives Land Assistance Fund.
