Fair Fight Action Inc.

Fair Fight Action promotes fair elections around the country, encourages voter participation in elections, and educates voters about elections and their voting rights. It believes that democracy works best when guardrails exist that ensure every American has an equal opportunity to make their voice heard and is fairly represented. This award supports Fair Fight to build its public interest litigation work at a time when the threat of voter suppression is growing across the country. The organization’s flagship case, Fair Fight v Raffensperger, is challenging Georgia’s election policies and procedures as unconstitutional in a historic federal lawsuit against the Georgia Secretary of State and Board of Elections. A win would have immediate benefits for voters in Georgia, but also help pave the way for free and fair elections nationwide.
