Emerging Practitioners in Philanthropy (EPIP), founded in 2023 and based in Alexandria, VA, works to empower emerging leaders and elevate philanthropic practice in order to build a more just, equitable and sustainable world. EPIP is an important member of the philanthropic sector providing networking opportunities, racial justice programming, and curriculum for philanthropic staff to better understand the history and co-create the future of philanthropy. This grant supports the general operations of EPIP.
