Election Monitor

The purpose of this grant is to improve political accountability in six states in Nigeria’s South West (Lagos, Oyo, Osun, Ogun, Ondo, and Ekiti) through voter education, election observation, and coordination among CSOs and election officials. The recommended grant will support the following activities: (a) producing and publishing a civic education training manual; (b) deploying election observers; (c) strengthening coordination on election among state and non-state actors; and (d) paying salaries for project staff.
