Creatura provides professional research, advisory and technical assistance to organizations to strengthen their capacity as change makers. This award supports the planning process to create a new, independent entity to manage a Fund dedicated to strengthening civil society in Mexico’s states as part of the Foundation’s final commitment to the human rights field in Mexico. The planning award also includes design and implementation of a series of institutional strengthening trainings and activities to a cohort of human rights organizations.

Creatura provides professional research, advisory and technical assistance to strengthen organizations’ capacity as change makers. It conducts high quality policy analysis and research and uses creative tools to increase communication and coordination capacity among different actors. With this award, Creatura is contributing to establishing an independent and effective Prosecutor’s Office through support to organizations’ policy proposal development and advocacy. The project entails providing expert opinion on advocacy strategies to a core group of organizations, facilitating meetings, taking notes on action items, and helping participants follow through on agreed steps.
