To sustain and disseminate community-based alternative services and sanctions as part of Illinois Models for Change.

To support a collaboration with a South African NGO, to build community capacity to address youth crime using a restorative justice framework.

To promote community-based alternative sanctions and services under the Illinois Models for Change initiative (over two years).

To expand a diversion program for juvenile offenders and position it as a community-based juvenile justice model (over two years).
