$325,000

The Chicago American Indian Community Collaborative (CAICC) is a 10-year old network of 19 organizations serving American Indian, Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian, and First Nations peoples in the Chicago area. CAICC provides capacity building, strategic planning, and leadership development support to its members and establishes a common vision and mission for the organizations serving the urban Indigenous community in the Chicago area. This grant provides CAICC with two years of general operating support while it engages members in a timely strategic refresh intended to identify needs, gaps, and strengths within their member organizations. Through this effort the network is ensuring their collective work and mission continues to be optimally aligned with the communities they serve.
