The Russian Center for Policy Research (PIR Center) is a Moscow-based nonprofit organization that carries out policy research and educational activities, including advanced training and public outreach. Under this grant, the Center will produce policy research on problems of nuclear nonproliferation and disarmament and provide advanced training for young Russians in the field of nuclear security. Funds will be used for PIR Center staff salaries, course-related costs, production and dissemination of research products, and support for office space and communications capacity.
