Center for Impact Research (CIR), founded in 1975 and based in Oak Park, IL, works toward the elimination of poverty and the achievement of racial equity. This grant provides support to the Pathways Initiative, a program and collaborative of CIR that aims to strengthen the diversity of the Chicago area evaluation field by increasing the recruitment and retention of culturally responsive and equity-focused evaluators of color.
