Capital Institute explores and facilitates the transition to an economy more aligned with sustainable development through a transformation of the financial system. Through the Innovative Term Sheet Project, the organization is identifying, analyzing and publishing online term sheet innovations for impact investing to help connect the interests of social enterprises and investors. This project addresses the inherent complexity of impact investing - its requirement for both financial return expectations and social and environmental objectives - by establishing open access to creative and viable terms that achieve alignment between social ventures and mission-oriented investors.
