Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective

Black Emotional and Mental Health Collective (BEAM) is a national training, movement building, and grantmaking organization dedicated to the healing, wellness, and liberation of Black and marginalized communities. BEAM's mission is to remove the barriers Black and other historically marginalized people experience getting access to or staying connected with emotional health care and healing. BEAM accomplishes this through healing justice-based organizing, education, training, grantmaking, and advocacy. The award provides general operating support to the organization.
