Benton County and Franklin County Washington

The Benton and Franklin Counties Juvenile Court serves two largely rural counties in Eastern Washington. It will use this grant to develop data analysis and reporting capacity that will help support and sustain the truancy and mental health-related policy and practice reforms it has made as a Models for Change demonstration site.
