Asian Venture Philanthropy Network

Asian Venture Philanthropy Network (AVPN), founded in 2011 and based in Singapore, is a nonprofit membership organization that works to accelerate the flow of human, financial, and intellectual capital to create stronger social impact in Asia. AVPN provides its members access to a vibrant network of development practitioners, philanthropic institutions, and social impact investors to enable them to leverage knowledge, partnerships, and funding for improved development outcomes. The India Chapter of AVPN has been active since 2015 and has conducted several initiatives to mobilize domestic capital for development, including creating knowledge products, expanding partnership building activities, and developing tools for learning, with the overall objective of supporting current and potential philanthropists in India with their journey of giving. This grant provides Asian Venture Philanthropy Network with flexible support for general operations.
