Array Alliance Inc

ARRAY Alliance is a nonprofit organization that works to advance cultural and social justice through the production and distribution of film. Through several initiatives aimed at the industry, community, and educators, ARRAY Alliance works to expand opportunity and visibility for film creators and film workers, while also creating ways for the films of the ARRAY ecosystem to reach and resonate with new audiences in new ways. This grant supports general operations, and the intended outcomes are stronger sets of supports for people from underrepresented backgrounds to access and explore films and film production and share stories with audiences through new approaches.

ARRAY Alliance is a nonprofit narrative change organization created to advance cultural and social justice through the production and distribution of film. Since its founding in 2018, its mission has expanded to include advocacy for a more inclusive film and television industry, support to advance the careers of women and filmmakers of color, in-person and virtual exhibitions, mentorship and educational activities. This grant supports general operations and the intended outcomes are a robust set of programs and platforms to advance more accurate, just, and inclusive narratives about critical issues, and new opportunities for women and people of color to build careers as storytellers.
