The American Indian College Fund (AICF), founded in 1989 and based in Denver, CO, provides financial support for Native American students and tribal colleges and universities, and also supports programs focused on institutional growth and sustainability and cultural preservation. AICF supports American Indian and Alaska Natives with initiatives like early childhood education, student leadership, Native faculty development, environmental sustainability, the preservation and expansion of Native arts and cultures, high school completion, and GED support, among others. This grant provides AICF with flexible support for general operations.
To plan and administer a campaign to benefit Native American studies departments at tribal colleges.
To build a permanent endowment (over three years).
