AeroStar Avion Institute

AeroStar Avion Institute enhances, promotes, and supports the academic awareness of and access to aviation and aerospace career opportunities for underrepresented students. Since 2008, the organization has provided more than 16,000 students, from kindergarten to adults, with programs that include mentorship, training, apprentinceship, licenses, and certifications. AeroStar Avion Institute believes in exposing children to technical and scientific skills that are increasingly important to today’s work force. The organization plans to improve its operations and long-term sustainability. This Annual Staff Award provides general operating support to AeroStar Avion Institute.
