Care follows four dedicated home health aides as they put in long, difficult hours caring for the elderly, while struggling to keep food on their own tables. Their stories are contrasted by those of elders and their families desperate to find affordable, quality home care. The film reveals how the current system is failing all its stakeholders and documents efforts to find solutions that meet the needs of both workers and clients.
