Carrie is responsible for managing the Foundation’s grant-related data, which includes quality assurance, analysis, and reporting. She is leading the Grants Management Department’s development of a data governance policy as well as its efforts to use data visualization and reporting tools to inform strategic decision-making across the Foundation. She is also responsible for ongoing enhancements of the Fluxx software system as a tool to improve grants management processes for both staff and grantees. In 2015, she led the grants management system implementation team, and in a prior role, provided administrative support and budget oversight for the Foundation’s international programs.
She has a Bachelor of Arts from the University of California, Davis; and a Master of Fine Arts from the University of Washington.
